Why a PCOS tracker
A period tracker sees one part of PCOS.
PCOS and PMOS can show up in your cycle, sleep, energy, mood, skin and appetite, often several at once and differently for every person.
Tracking only your period leaves most of that out, and memory fills the gaps badly. HeyTimi keeps it together in one place, so the connections are easier to notice and easier to explain.

Patterns over time
See what changes, week after week.
One difficult day rarely tells the whole story. HeyTimi puts your check-ins side by side so you can see how your experience moves across weeks, months and cycles.
This month vs last
Compare energy, mood, sleep, stress and cravings with the month before.
Your week in HeyTimi
A short weekly recap of how you showed up, with gentle encouragement.
Monthly history
Scroll back through a calendar of everything you’ve logged.
Gentle observations
Notes like “your energy has often felt highest on Mondays,” drawn only from your entries.
Observations describe what you’ve logged. They don’t diagnose, and they can’t tell you why a symptom happens.
Food & nutrition
Scan a label. Get a calmer read on your food.
Point your camera at a food label for a clear breakdown per serving or per 100 g, with processing and ingredient information and a list of your recent scans.
Label scanner
For packaged food: scan it instead of searching for it.
Optional meal photos
Estimate foods, portions and nutrition. Photos aren’t used to train AI models.
Meals and water
Logged alongside how you felt that day.
Scan results are estimates, so check them before saving. No diet rules, no food guilt.
PCOS-friendly recipes, for real weeknights
Practical meals with prep time, servings and dietary details. Not a strict meal plan.
Education
Learn something useful, when you need it.
PCOS information online can be overwhelming. HeyTimi puts short, approachable lessons next to your tracking, without the medical jargon.

FAQ
PCOS app questions, answered.
Still have a question? Get in touch with the HeyTimi team.
What is HeyTimi?
HeyTimi is a PCOS and hormone health app for iPhone. It brings your cycle, symptoms, energy, mood, sleep, stress, cravings, food and medications together in one daily check-in, then helps you look back over time. It also includes short lessons, practical recipes and a doctor-visit report you can create as a PDF.
Is HeyTimi a PCOS tracking app?
Yes. HeyTimi is built around how PCOS and PMOS actually show up: irregular cycles, symptoms that vary from person to person, and changes in sleep, energy, mood and cravings. You can use it whether or not you have a diagnosis, and you can also set your focus to trying to conceive, understanding your cycle, perimenopause, or energy and mood.
What can I track with HeyTimi?
Energy, mood, sleep, stress, cravings, symptoms, your cycle and bleeding, nutrition and water, movement, and medications and supplements. With your permission, HeyTimi can also read steps, active energy, water, workouts, cycle history and weight from Apple Health. You choose what to track.
Can I track irregular periods with HeyTimi?
Yes. HeyTimi doesn’t assume a 28-day cycle. You log your cycle and bleeding as they happen, and predictions adapt to your own history. Predictions are estimates for personal tracking and should not be used as medical or contraceptive advice.
Can HeyTimi help me notice symptom patterns?
HeyTimi shows your check-ins over time through monthly history, a this-month-versus-last comparison, weekly recaps and gentle observations, such as which symptom you noted most often. These observations describe what you’ve logged. They can’t tell you what causes a symptom, but they can be useful to discuss with a healthcare professional.
Does HeyTimi provide medical advice or diagnose PCOS?
No. HeyTimi is a health and wellness app for tracking, education and personal reflection. It is not a medical device, and it doesn’t diagnose PCOS, PMOS or any other condition, provide treatment, or replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
Can I track food and scan food labels?
Yes. You can log meals and water, and scan food product labels for a clear breakdown per serving or per 100 g, including processing and ingredient information. There is also an optional meal-photo scan that estimates foods, portions and nutrition. Scan results are estimates, so it’s worth checking them before you save.
Can I share a report with my doctor?
Yes. You can create a PDF report for any date range and choose what to include, such as cycle and bleeding, symptoms, wellbeing, nutrition and hydration, movement, medications and supplements, and notes. It organises your own information for a conversation with a healthcare professional. It isn’t a medical record.
Does HeyTimi work with Apple Health?
Yes, if you choose to connect it. HeyTimi can read selected data from Apple Health, including steps, active energy, water, weight, workouts and menstrual cycle data. You decide which data types to allow, weight syncing is off by default, and you can change permissions at any time in your iPhone settings.
How does HeyTimi protect my information?
Your information is encrypted in transit and is not sold, and Apple Health data is never used for advertising. You can delete your account at any time from Profile, then Settings, then Delete Account, which permanently removes your wellness records, reminders and profile. Our privacy policy explains exactly what is collected and why.
Is HeyTimi free, and which features require a subscription?
HeyTimi is free to download. Some features are part of HeyTimi Pro, which is available with monthly or yearly billing through the App Store. The app shows current prices and exactly what Pro includes before you subscribe, and you can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.
Can I use HeyTimi if I haven’t been diagnosed with PCOS?
Yes. You can start tracking before or while you’re looking for answers. HeyTimi can help you keep a clear record of your cycle and symptoms to discuss with a healthcare professional, but it can’t tell you whether you have PCOS.
Can I track sleep with HeyTimi?
Yes. You can log your bedtime and wake time, review your recent nights, rate your sleep in your daily check-in and set a gentle bedtime reminder. Sleep sits alongside your other entries, so you can see how it changes with your energy, mood and cycle.
